The Betsy Hotel, South Beach - Miami Beach

The Betsy Hotel, South Beach is great location right on Ocean Drive. The rooftop pool area was a relaxing retreat, overlooking the beautiful Miami skyline in the evening. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always making us feel welcome and at home .

Parking is valet only and a bit pricey at $45 a day.

The breakfast was included.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location with great access to the beach. We couldn't fault the staff. Although we didn't eat in the restaurant the menu looked great and we were really impressed with the quality of the food delivered for room service.

Great location! Right on Ocean Drive and had beach service as well as a rooftop lounge area. The onsite BLT Restaurant is excellent. A classy hotel with small but very attractive rooms (we stayed in the Classic), attractive bar and lobby, and an appealing verandah.

The hotel is beautifully and tastefully furnished. Rooms are also beautiful and beds very comfortable! Both restaurants in the hotel are highly recommended! Great rooftop pool and great service at the pool!

We got the classic king suite and it was top-class.

Staying here for three nights in a luxurious King Room was a dream! The breakfast, beyond compare, elevated our mornings, and the rooftop pool provided a perfect retreat. Requesting room cleaning in the afternoon? A lovely surprise with double service! Don't miss out on the Art Deco charm!

Great central location on South Beach. Beautiful, very neat rooms. Friendly and very helpful staff.

Price performance is out of control. The breakfast is included, but it is annoying that you have to pay extra for certain parts of the breakfast.

easy access to attractions and fine park views

my stay at this hotel was nice, particularly because it was just a short stroll away from South Pointe Park, where I enjoyed the beautiful views of the ocean and the city, and also close enough to explore vibrant spots like the World Erotic Art Museum and the good restaurants nearby.

Everything was good except see below.

The rooms were not big enough for two people to turn around in. There was no where to put your clothes. Closet space was minimal and no dresser. We changed rooms and the accommodations were worse the second time. We were there for five days and lived out of our suitcase which had to be put on top of furniture because of the size of the room. I was very dissatisfied. The price of the room therefore was outrageous. Obviously you are paying for service not room.

It was just a suitable option for a fleeting moment in Miami Beach with excellent value for money. I enjoyed a nightcap that cost $48 for two glasses of wine. Make sure to check if you're being charged resort fees upon check-out.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location, room was lovely, staff very helpful, friendly and professional.

The staff and service was incredible! We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the beach right in front. As well as the roofdeck. The $15 resort fee covers sunchairs, towels and umbrellas on the beach. The location of the hotel is excellent. Close to everything yet in a quiet area. Highly recommend staying here if you are willof to splurge a bit.
